Get behind someone who is slow or trying to find a particular item and you can find yourself waiting several minutes just to find which floor mens’ accessories are on.

Either they need to install banks of such screens near every door, each elevator and escalator or they should go back to good, old-fashioned signs … they’re far more friendly to more people simultaneously and you don’t get impatient, pissed-off potential customers who only have a few minutes before the parking runs out or the bus arrives who say ‘**** this’ and walk out without spending.
